In 2025, we will be working on Bouwurk on the Oldehoofsterkerkhof in Leeuwarden: an innovative building made of sustainable materials and creative building blocks. Everyone can help build and contribute to the project. Once built, it will be used as a creative centre for people looking for a place to make, invent and experiment.
We are looking for 10 hobbyists who enjoy sharing their skills and knowhow with the visitors of Bouwurk, or who can make something beautiful that we can put to good use. Maybe you would like to give a salsa workshop, start up a reading club or make beautiful cushions. All ideas are welcome at our Mienskipshûs. We are striving to make our program as diverse as possible: from sports to music, from crafts to dance. So, leave your idea below and who knows, you might soon be practicing your hobby at Bouwurk!
