Circle4Change is committed to a world that is increasingly in harmony with nature. This successor to Bosk, the 1,000 trees that moved through the city of Leeuwarden in 2022, once again aims to inspire and challenge people to think beyond the here and now. With an imaginary circle passing through nine European countries, with Leeuwarden and Nova Gorica in Slovenia/Italy as its two farthest points. This 3,000-kilometer circle runs through the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, France, and Belgium. Together with residents, artists, businesses, and enthusiasts, we will fill the circle with cultural, sustainable, and social projects. In 2025, we will make a tentative start with small events around the circle and return in 2028 with a grand program.

We encourage all students and young people to participate in the Arcadia program.
