During the Week of the Friese Preventieaanpak (Frisian Prevention Approach), between 23 and 27 June 2025, the National Read Aloud Record will be set. The record attempt is organised by the Friese Preventieaanpak and will take place in dBieb in Leeuwarden. There will be 100 hours of uninterrupted reading by 200 people, each reading out loud for half an hour. With this event, the organisation would like to draw attention to the positive effects of reading aloud.
