An hour of attention for yourself
Chair yoga is for anyone who wants to move — even if that’s no longer a given. Over the course of an hour, we practise gentle movements, breathing exercises, and brain training — all with a smile. Together, we ‘look’ inside our bodies and ‘listen’ to what feels good. Relaxation and curiosity come first, because the greatest strength lies in the smallest movement.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, this activity is not suitable for people who are completely blind or deaf. Are you visually impaired, hard of hearing or do you use a wheelchair? Please let us know when you register, and we will be happy to take that into account.
